Today there was a People’s Artist of the RSFSR Rima Karelian. Ballerina, shine on the stage of the Bolshoi Theatre for almost 30 decades, has died at the age of 87 years. This was announced by director general of the Bolshoi Theater Vladimir Urin.
Rimma Curly was a soloist with the Bolshoi Ballet for 27 years ?? from 1946 to 1973. When you have finished performing career, in 1974, became the Karelian choreographer-tutor in the home theater.
In April 2007, the Bolshoi Theater celebrated the 80th anniversary of the Karelian Rima. In her honor was given to show “Swan Lake”. Performed the lead role of prima Svetlana Zakharova of the Bolshoi Theater.
