Died filmmaker Eugene Tatar – Proceedings

The Russian film director, People’s Artist of Russia Yevgeny Tatarsky died on Monday at the 77th year of his life in St. Petersburg.

Tatar known to viewers from working on the painting “The Suicide Club or the Adventures of a Certain Noble,” “The presumption of innocence,” the series “Nero Wolfe and Archie Goodwin,” “Streets of Broken Lights” and “Lethal strength. ”

More than half a century Evgeny Markovich has worked at the studio “thumbnail”.

Farewell to the director will be held at the studio. Date and place of the funeral has not yet announced.

Eugene Tatar was born September 10, 1938 in Leningrad. He graduated from the directing department of the Leningrad Institute of Culture and then Graduate School of Scriptwriters and Film Directors (workshop of Alexander Mitta). He worked at the Leningrad film studio of popular films in 1964 came to the “thumbnail”. He started as an assistant director and second director. The first independent feature-length work Tatar became a TV movie “Gold Mine”, one of the main roles which played Oleg Dal. Subsequent films directed always enjoyed success with the audience. In 2011 he published his memoirs “Notes of a director of many and a little about yourself”.
