Conducting Music Festival Befooz (successor to “Kazantip”) in the Crimea in August to eliminate violations is unacceptable, said Friday the prosecutor’s office of the Crimea.
The Crimean Prosecutor’s Office, chaired by Natalia Poklonsky Friday held a meeting on the issue of the legality of the festival. Representatives of the Ministry of Emergencies and Rospotrebnadzor said that the venue of the festival does not meet the requirements of its operation, and the district prosecutor’s office said that the planned sale of alcohol is contrary to the decision of the Crimean government, according to RIA “Novosti” .
“The prosecutor’s office appealed the decision of the village council session Shtormovskogo agreed upon holding the event in the presence of violations of the law. It was stated that the festival Befooz in mind the presence of unresolved violations and his illegal conduct to eliminate violations is unacceptable,” – the press service the prosecutor’s office.
Prosecutor’s Office made five cautions festival organizers about the inadmissibility of violation of the law.

Festival is the successor Befooz famous electronic music festival “Kazantip”, to be held this year in the traditional place of the meeting – on the west coast of the Crimea.
