President of the Tourism Association of the Tver region Irina Sheremetker presented the project of creation of the Center in Upper Volga Russian cuisine. His goal – to preserve and promote the historical and cultural heritage of Russia through the national culinary traditions. The complex structure of the project will include research and training centers, catering facilities, the system of promotion. As possible pilot sites of the project are considered the city of Torzhok (based on the brand ‘Pozharskaya “burgers) estate” Domotkanovo “Tver Imperial Palace (Russian imperial cuisine).
