ISLAND Tuzla (Crimea), March 18 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed the creation of a public council for the construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait, which will work on the analogy of the public council established before the Olympics in Sochi, and to monitor, in particular, the expenditure of the budget.
“it is necessary to establish public control over the course of construction, the observance of environmental norms, directed funds and compliance with the terms of the work I propose to establish a public council for the construction of the bridge.”, – Putin said at a meeting on socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol, which he spent on construction site at Tuzla island.
As noted by the President, the Council’s activities will effectively and openly use the public opportunities to experts, the executive authorities in the process of construction, will allow quickly to allow sharp, exciting people issues.
He recalled that a similar council acted in the preparation of the Olympic games in Sochi. “The positive experience of his work can also be used”, – said the head of state
