Both are involved in the criminal machinations of big money FEFU. In the case of the Vice-Rector it comes to the implementation of the contract and the university LLC “Modern University” to provide services for the establishment of information technology systems (ITS).

According to the investigation, the contract was signed in 2011. Its total sum of more than 647 million rubles. According to the terms of the ITS in the Far Eastern Federal University should be run in five stages by 2013. But the project is still stalled in the third stage. Innovations were not met. At the same time the documents on its implementation were signed in August and September 2015, based on which account FEFU to LLC was transferred over 20 million rubles.

The investigation considers that the production and signing of certificates of completion the third phase of the ITS was provided by the suspects, who operated group.
