Former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley was hospitalized in the US city of Wilkes-Barre (Pennsylvania). Concert in New York, to be held on Saturday, has been canceled. This was reported on the musician page in Facebook.
It is noted that the 64-year-old Frehley was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration. As noted on page guitarist, concert postponed to the end of February, the exact date will be known later. Those who planned to attend the concert, will be able to either use the ticket in September, or return at full price, the report says.
After being discharged from the hospital, the band went to Southern California, where there will be up to full strength.
Ace Frehley (full name – Paul Daniel Frehley) Kiss played in the group since its inception in 1972 until 1982. After that, he began a solo career, but in 1995 again joined the musical staff. He continued his collaboration with the group until 2002. According to the «Guitar World» magazine, Frehley took 14th place in the ranking of the best heavy metal guitarists.
