The Texas prison died creator groups Backstreet Boys and NSync Lou Pearlman – TVNZ

In the Texas prison Texarkana died a famous American music producer Lou Pearlman, known for having created the popular pop group Backstreet Boys and NSync. Causes of death of 62-year-old man has not been formally identified.

Pearlman was convicted in 2008 for money laundering and the establishment of a financial pyramid. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison, writes the Los Angeles Times.

In 1993, the producer, inspired by successful boy band New Kids on the Block, decided to create a boy band. He collected five teenagers Backstreet Boys and founded the company Trans Continental Records, who released their first album. Disk at once has sold 130 million copies.

Perlman later repeated this formula with NSync.
