This opinion was expressed by Deputy head of the Belarus President Administration Igor Buzovsky at the II Congress of the Union of writers of the Union state. In Moscow brought together about 120 delegates from Belarus, Russia, as well as political and public figures of two countries. The greeting of Alexander Lukashenko to the participants of the forum were read by the Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Belarus. According to Igor Buzovsky, performed by the artistic elite social functions cannot be assessed solely ruble. Government spending on support of socially important literature must be preserved and adequate to the challenges of time.

“the Social function of the creative elite in General and writing in particular, cannot be assessed solely ruble. A misunderstanding of these things lead to the weakening and degradation of not only individual creative unions, and, sure, values are principles that we should not just treasure, but also to fight for them.”
In the five years since the previous Congress, the cooperation of Belarusian and Russian writers has strengthened significantly. The head of the writers ‘ Union of Belarus noted that his colleagues are concerned not only with the state of the literature. The creation of a Union state demands that intellectuals have contributed to the process of unification.

“in Any way it is impossible to cross the line, which is called inter-state political relations. It is sacred. You can bargain as happens in the market, offers one – second buys. You can argue, but not to cross the Rubicon, which are relations of a completely different plan. Writers increasingly take on himself, his word, calling people. There’s no other way. The world is on the brink of war.”
On the sidelines of the held in Moscow II Congress of the Union of writers of the Union state was once again discussed the issue of holding in Minsk of the 1st Eurasian Congress of philosophy. The relevance of this theme expressed the leadership of the Russian philosophical society at the meeting with the Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Belarus. In the government of Moscow Igor Buzovsky held talks with the Deputy mayor of Moscow Alexander Gorbenko. The topic of the meeting was the development of contacts in the fields of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the information policy. The sides expressed mutual interest in the broadest possible coverage of the upcoming 2017 of Minsk Days in Moscow.
